To keep our prices as low as possible, we run our store with a very small team. There may not be someone available by phone at all times of the day to answer your questions, but we are great at answering emails any day of the week! If you can't get through by phone, leave us a message. We try to get back to everyone within 24 hours (slightly longer on weekends and holidays). But, if you email us, we are usually even faster at getting back to you!
Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Central Time (CT). Our phone lines are closed weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and National Holidays.
