To keep our prices as low as possible, we run our store with a very small team. There may not be someone available by phone at all times of the day to answer your questions, but we are great at answering emails any day of the week! If you can’t get through by phone, leave us a message. We try to get back to everyone within 24 hours. But, if you email us, we are usually even faster at getting back to you!
 

 

 


Do you have a physical catalog?

No, we don’t have a physical catalog. Our Online Store is the best choice for shopping as we are always updating it and adding new items.

Is it safe to order from Auto Parts and Stuff?

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal! Sorry, we do not accept Personal or Business Checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Exceptions may be made on purchases over $5,000. Please contact customer service for more information.

* Some useful info and checkout tips: In the checkout page, enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. For the expiration date, please enter month and year (MMYY). For example, if your credit card expiration date is May 2020, enter 0520. If you have any problems, please send us an email. One of our friendly customer service representatives will respond to you as quickly as possible.

Can we be invoiced instead of using a credit card?

Currently, we only offer that payment option to some Government and large institutions when the purchase amount is too large to pre-pay with a credit card. Restrictions may apply, so please contact us at 701-566-5642 ext. 803 to inquire.

How can I place a phone order?

To place a phone order, please call Customer Service at 701-566-5642 or send an email to customerservice@autopartsandstuff.com. Customer Service hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Central Time (CT), and 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Central Time (CT) on Friday. Our phone lines are closed weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and National Holidays. Even though we are happy to help, we recommend placing your order online for faster service.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?

How much is shipping?

Shipping depends on various factors such as your shipping location and the weight of your total order. There is a real-time freight estimator in the shopping cart, which returns pricing from FedEx, UPS, and US Postal Service on small orders. Just enter your shipping zip code, and our magic freight calculator will calculate your rate!

What are my shipping options?

Ordering an item from AutoPartsandStuff.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products and therefore cannot be shipped outside the US 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to read product descriptions to review any shipping restrictions. AutoPartsandStuff.com uses UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service for small orders, and discount shippers exclusively to ship items unless otherwise specified under product descriptions, when items are purchased in bulk, or when UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service cannot be used for other reasons. How much is Sales Tax?

By law, sales tax is automatically computed on product charges. To see the total sales tax that will be charged on your order, click on the "checkout" button. This will not complete your order; it will only display your order summary. The order summary shows what your order will look like, including how much tax will be charged.

What if I need to cancel my order?

When you submitted your order, it is quickly routed to our warehouse for immediate processing. If your cancellation request is made before the item is processed, your order may be cancelled. However, AutoPartsandStuff.com cannot guarantee cancellation. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately. Your best bet is to send us an email.

What if a product says its out of stock?

Occasionally, items may be out of stock at our warehouse locations.  If you need the product now or a quantity higher than what we have available, contact us and we can sometimes ship direct from the manufacture warehouse.

What happens if a product is damaged during shipment?

If the product is damaged during transit reject the delivery with UPS, FedEx, or other carrier and notify us immediately.  The carrier will then send the package back to our warehouse, and we will ship out a new product to you.

What is your Return Policy?

Some items are marked Clearance - Final Sale. Those items are not eligible for return. For our full, outlined Return Policy, please visit our Return Policy page. To keep our costs low, we are unable to provide free return shipping.

When will I receive credit for my return?

The time it takes for your refund to appear on your credit card account varies depending on your credit card type and when the item was received at our warehouse. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
