To keep our prices as low as possible, we run our store with a very small team. There may not be someone available by phone at all times of the day to answer your questions, but we are great at answering emails any day of the week! If you can’t get through by phone, leave us a message. We try to get back to everyone within 24 hours. But, if you email us, we are usually even faster at getting back to you!
Do you have a physical catalog?
No, we don’t have a physical catalog. Our Online Store is the best choice for shopping as we are always updating it and adding new items.
Is it safe to order from Auto Parts and Stuff?
Yes it is! We work with companies who use industry standards for our credit card processing and payment gateways. Click here for the full outline of our Privacy/Security Policy.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal and Google Checkout! Sorry, we do not accept Personal or Business Checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Exceptions may be made on purchases over $5,000. Please contact customer service for more information.
*Some useful info and checkout tips: In the checkout page, enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes. For the expiration date, please enter month and year (MMYY). For example, if your credit card expiration date is May 2014, enter 0514. If you have any problems, please send us an email. One of our friendly customer service representatives will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Why can't I see Google Checkout as a payment option when I go to the Checkout Page?
Google checkout is only visible when you click on the View Cart link. You must click on the Google Checkout icon from there. When you click on that link, you will be directed away from AutoPartsandStuff.com and to Google's checkout program website. You will complete your transaction on Google's checkout website.
How can I place a phone order?

Do you accept international orders?
No, we aren't able to accept international orders at this time. Please check back frequently as we are continuously updating our information.
How do I use a coupon or discount code?
If you have a coupon (lucky you!) from AutoPartsandStuff.com that you would like to redeem, please enter the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" box in the checkout page.
How much is shipping?
Shipping depends on various factors such as your shipping location and the weight of your total order. There is a freight estimator in the shopping cart. Just enter your shipping zip code, and our magic UPS calculator will calculate your rate!
What are my shipping options?
Ordering an item from AutoPartsandStuff.com? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products and therefore cannot be shipped outside the US 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to read product descriptions to review any shipping restrictions. AutoPartsandStuff.com uses UPS exclusively to ship items unless otherwise specified under product descriptions, when items are purchased in bulk, or when UPS cannot be used for other reasons. Am I required to pay Sales Tax?
Yes, if the "Ship To" address on your order is in one of the following states:
North Dakota
South Dakota

How much is Sales Tax?
By law, sales tax is automatically computed on product charges. To see the total sales tax that will be charged on your order, click on the "checkout" button. This will not complete your order; it will only display your order summary. The order summary shows what your order will look like, including how much tax will be charged.
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, please log into your account and click on the View Order History link.
What if I need to cancel my order?
When you have submitted your order, it is quickly routed to our warehouse for immediate processing. If your cancellation request is made before the item is processed, your order may be cancelled. However, AutoPartsandStuff.com cannot guarantee cancellation. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately. Your best bet is to send us an email.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
Occasionally, items may be placed on back order. If we find that the product you ordered is on back order, we will contact you by email with the options to either wait for the item or to cancel the order with a full refund. Sometimes out of stock parts are not restocked, so Customer Service will contact you by email to let you know the order cannot be fulfilled.
What is your Return Policy?

When will I receive credit for my return?
The time it takes for your refund to appear on your credit card account varies depending on your credit card type and when the item was received at our warehouse. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
How do I subscribe to the Newsletter mailing list and does it cost anything to subscribe?
It’s free to sign up – completely free! Occasionally, we will email all of our customers who have subscribed to our newsletter. The emails are sent to inform them of any current specials or promotional items. If you wish to receive our free newsletter and promotional emails, click here to log in to your account.
