AUTO PARTS AND STUFF SHIPPING POLICY

Ordering an item from Auto Parts and Stuff? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products and therefore cannot be shipped outside the US 48 contiguous states or to certain states within the US 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to read product descriptions to review any shipping restrictions. Auto Parts and Stuff will notify you via email if we are unable to ship product to you due to shipping restrictions.
 

Shipping Carriers:

Auto Parts and Stuff uses UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service for small orders, and discount shippers to ship items unless otherwise specified under product descriptions, when items are purchased in bulk, or when UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service cannot be used for other reasons. US Postal Service shipping is not available on all orders.

Carrier Tracking:

Shipping Delays (Weather/Carrier):

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.
 

Shipping Times:

Items normally leave our warehouse within 1 business day. However, there are certain items that are Special Order only. Those items may have a shipping delay of up to 2 weeks. Items that are special order are designated as such in the product description.

Please note that if you select expedited shipping options, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, depending on the time ordered, the processing time may still take up to 2 days for Next Day Air and 3 days for 2nd Day Air. Generally, if an item is ordered before 12:00 PM CT, it will be shipped that day.
 

Holidays:

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
 

Back Order:

If a product is on backorder, our Customer Service team will send you an email notifying you of the shipping delay.  If a product is out of stock, our Customer Service team will send you an email notifying you that the order cannot be fulfilled.
 

Address Error/Fraud Alerts:

If there is an issue with your shipping address, our Customer Service team will attempt to contact you by email or phone to resolve the issue.  If your order is flagged for fraud, our Customer Service team will attempt to contact you by phone. If our team is unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled.
 

Damaged Product:

If the product is damaged during transit, reject the delivery with UPS, FedEx, or other carrier and notify us immediately. The carrier will then send the package back to our warehouse, and we will ship out a new product to you. Auto Parts and Stuff is not responsible for damage by the carrier during transit.
 

Oversized Items:

Some products may be considered oversized.  These products will have an additional shipping cost.  Items that are oversized are designated as such in the product description.
 

International Shipping:

At this time, we are not able to ship to addresses outside of the United States.
 

Post Office Box:

At this time, we are only able to ship to P.O. boxes on select orders.
 

Shipping Estimator:

To estimate your shipping costs, add your items to the shopping cart.  Once you are in the shopping cart, enter your shipping address zip code in the estimator box toward the middle of the page.  Shipping options and costs will display after you click the Get Rates button.
