AUTO PARTS AND STUFF SHIPPING POLICY
Ordering an item from Auto Parts and Stuff? We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are shipping restrictions on some products and therefore cannot be shipped outside the US 48 contiguous states or to certain states within the US 48 contiguous states. Please be sure to read product descriptions to review any shipping restrictions. Auto Parts and Stuff uses UPS to ship items unless otherwise specified under product descriptions, when items are purchased in bulk, or when UPS cannot be used for other reasons.
Items normally leave our warehouse within 3 business days. However, there are certain items that are Special Order only. Those items may have a shipping delay of up to 2 weeks. Items that are special order are designated as such in the product description.
Please note that if you select 2nd Day Air, the processing time may still take up to 3 days, although our team tries to get the product shipped out within 1 day.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
If a product is on backorder, our Customer Service team will send you an email notifying you of the shipping delay. If a product is out of stock, our Customer Service team will send you an email notifying you that the order cannot be fulfilled.
If there is an issue with your shipping address, our Customer Service team will attempt to contact you by email or phone to resolve the issue. If our team is unable to reach you by email or phone, the order may be cancelled.
There is a handling fee applied to all orders.
In addition, some products may be considered oversized. These products will have an additional shipping cost. Items that are oversized are designated as such in the product description.
