We can help you with that!First order? - If this is your first time ordering with us, please email us before placing your order. Email us at [email protected] and include your tax exempt certificate in the email and then set up a free account on our site.
Already ordered & need a refund? - If you've already placed your order, please create an account at the end of the checkout process. Send an email to [email protected] and include a copy of your Resale Certificate and/or Tax Exempt Certificate. Once we have that information, we will refund your tax and flag your account as tax exempt. Next time you order, log into your new account before you place your order and you will not be charged tax.
Returning Customer? - If you've already created an account and sent us your Resale Certificate and/or Tax Exempt Certificate, your accont should be flagged as tax exempt. Enter your order like notmal and you should see that tax is not included.
