To keep our prices as low as possible, we run our store with a very small team. There may not be someone available by phone at all times of the day to answer your questions, but we are great at answering emails any day of the week! What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal! Sorry, we do not accept Personal or Business Checks, money orders or cashier's checks. Exceptions may be made on purchases over $5,000. Please contact customer service for more information.

Can we be invoiced instead of using a credit card?

Currently, we only offer that payment option to some Government and large institutions when the purchase amount is too large to pre-pay with a credit card. Restrictions may apply, so please contact us at 701-566-5642 ext. 803 to inquire.

Shipping depends on various factors such as your shipping location and the weight of your total order. What if I need to cancel my order?

When you submitted your order, it is quickly routed to our warehouse for immediate processing. If your cancellation request is made before the item is processed, your order may be cancelled. However, cannot guarantee cancellation. To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately. Your best bet is to send us an email.

What if a product says its out of stock?

Occasionally, items may be out of stock at our warehouse locations.  If you need the product now or a quantity higher than what we have available, contact us and we can sometimes ship direct from the manufacture warehouse.

What happens if a product is damaged during shipment?

If the product is damaged during transit reject the delivery with UPS, FedEx, or other carrier and notify us immediately.  The carrier will then send the package back to our warehouse, and we will ship out a new product to you.

When will I receive credit for my return?
