Dorman 49023 Windshield Wiper Arm Tool
Need to remove a wiper arm This handy, near-universal puller tool makes it incredibly easy on most designs. Just align the tool parallel with the arm, fit the tool's metal lip into the notch in the base of many wiper arms, and use the offset shape of the handle - pushing on the handle while pulling on the lip - as a lever to pry the arm straight off its post. Grab one, throw it in your tool box, and whenever you need it your life will be that much easier.
