Description
Stainless steel Hex Nuts are to be used with machine bolts to adhere facing materials to prevent tension and shear movement. Stainless steel grade 18-8 hex nuts are recommended for most general uses and are corrosion resistant. Be sure to pre-drill any holes and to use washers and bolts that are a similar grade and finish.
- Matches bolts or rods of a 5/16 inch-18 coarse thread size
- Stainless steel finish combines a polished look with superior protection against rust and corrosion
- For use with a 5/16 inch bolt
- Overtightening risks stripping of threads upon installation
