Description
As the industry leader, Kwikset has provided trusted security for over 70 years and has become synonymous with security, peace of mind, style and innovation. The classic design of Tylo is at home in any d cor. Its style lends a graceful finish to any door. This privacy knob/lever is best used in interior bed and bath applications where privacy is required. Both knobs/levers are locked or unlocked by turn piece inside. The outside knob/lever can be unlocked by an emergency key. The Polished Brass finish adds to the traditional look and feel of the product and makes a classic statement. Bacteria can double every 20 minutes on an unprotected surface. Microban silver glass technology is incorporated during the manufacturing process and permanently binds the silver ions to the coating. Treated hardware continuously inhibits the growth of bacteria on the surface creating a cleaner product. Homeowners that install Kwikset hardware with Microban antimicrobial product protection are proactively protecting a frequently touched door surface, which helps to reduce the growth of microbes on the surface of the hardware.
- Microban Antimicrobial product protection keeps door hardware 99.9% cleaner than unprotected surfaces
- Locking mechanism functions with turn piece on the interior of the lock
- For use on interior doors where a privacy locking function is required
- ANSI/BHMA Grade 3 certified
- Latch has adjustable backset to fit all standard door preparations
