Motorcraft Shock Absorbers undergo a series of demanding tests to ensure they meet strict Ford O.E. quality, performance and durability standards that include Key Life testing to the equivalent of 10-years/150,000 miles for passenger cars and light trucks.|Motorcraft Shock Absorbers are also subjected to a long list of punishing tests that include test-to-failure endurance, performance and materials durability tests to ensure their long lasting quality and operation. Can I return it?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number first, and make sure the item reaches our warehouse within those 30 days. A 15% restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping, unless the item is defective or the mistake was ours. Special orders and items marked No Return can't be returned. Full return policy.
