- The outer shells of the epoxy filled coils are made with a high dielectric strength glass-filled PBT polymer that helps prevent current grounding
- Using only the highest quality housing materials maintains integrity through the thermo-shock testing procedures
- United only uses virgin copper for the coil windings. There is no recycled copper as used in inferior quality brands.
- Copper windings match OEM configuration to ensure proper dwell chracteristics required by the ECM
- The wire is coated with a high strength enamel, to prevent shorts between the windings
- Hard magnets are used to maintain the consistant polarity needed to ensure continuity of voltage flow from the primary through the secondary side of the coil.
- High dielectric strength epox

Can I return it?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number first, and make sure the item reaches our warehouse within those 30 days. A 15% restocking fee applies and you pay return shipping, unless the item is defective or the mistake was ours. Special orders and items marked No Return can't be returned. Full return policy.
